Group reservation requests

How Foodie captures and routes parties above your auto-book limit, without ever auto-booking.

For parties above your auto-book limit. Foodie never auto-books — always captures and routes.

What Foodie does

  1. Detects party size above your limit.

  2. Switches into group-inquiry mode.

  3. Asks qualifying questions:

    • Date and time

    • Party size

    • Occasion (corporate, birthday, wedding, etc.)

    • Budget range (optional, configurable)

    • Contact name, phone, email

    • Any special requirements (private room, A/V, dietary)

  4. Captures the lead.

  5. Routes per your setup: Inbox notification, form link, transfer to events team, or post to CRM (Tripleseat / Perfect Venue).

Card type in the Inbox

Purple card "New Group Reservation Request."

  • Foodie does not auto-respond beyond the initial capture.

  • Your events team always sees the request before any commitment.

  • Reply by text from inside Tablevoice, or take it to email/CRM.

Tip

Group leads have higher dollar-value than typical reservations. Treat the response time as marketing — a same-day reply beats a 48-hour reply, every time.
