Section 1 — General
Enable private events — toggle on to activate.
Overview description — short, guest-facing summary of your offering.
Event types supported — comma-separated. Example: Corporate, Birthday, Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, Holiday Party.
Max venue capacity — buyout cap.
Event inquiry email / phone / URL — where leads route.
Section 2 — Private rooms
Click + Add Room for each space. Per room:
Room name — e.g., "The Garden Room."
Room type — dropdown.
Description — feel, best use cases.
Seated capacity and Standing capacity
Wheelchair accessible
Amenities (comma-separated): fireplace, private bar, outdoor, dance floor.
A/V equipment (comma-separated): projector, screen, microphone.
Photos (up to 4) and/or floor plan.
If you only do full buyouts, add a single room called "Full Venue Buyout" with capacity + description.
Section 3 — Catering
Catering overview — lead time, pickup/delivery, ordering process.
Menu styles — plated, buffet, family style, cocktail.
Dietary accommodations — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal.

Section 4 — Policies
Minimum spend — by room or buyout. Example: "$5,000 minimum for the Atrium."
Deposit policy — amount and method. Example: "50% credit card deposit in advance."
Cancellation policy — timelines and penalties.
Planning fee info — administrative/planning fees.
Payment notes — methods and timing.
Additional policies — outside food, decor restrictions, noise limits, tax/gratuity notes.
