How to use this hub

Three ways to read this knowledge base — top-down for first-time operators, targeted for the onboarding call, or reference once you're live.

Read top-down if you're starting fresh. Jump-around once you know the layout. Search anywhere with Cmd/Ctrl + P.

Three reading modes

Top-down — reading for the first time

Go in order. Welcome → Decisions you'll make → Your team's first day → Test before you go live → Going live → After go-live. Skip Venue configuration reference and For multi-location groups until you need them. About 45 minutes for a thorough first pass.

Targeted — prepping for the onboarding call

Read Decisions you'll make. All eight pages. The call goes faster when you've already thought about the choices.

Reference — once you're live

Venue configuration reference for app fields. After go-live for the daily routine. FAQ for one-off questions. Or just search the Help Center.
