Welcome

An overview of the Tablevoice onboarding journey — what you'll find in this guide and the two principles that shape it.

Two weeks. That's the typical onboarding window from your verbal yes to Foodie answering live calls. This section maps out what happens, who does what, and how to use the rest of this hub.

What you'll find here

  • What to expect over the next two weeks — the rough cadence: kickoff, configuration, team training, testing, go-live, the one-week debrief.

  • Who does what — your team and ours — the small set of decisions only you can make, and everything else we handle on your behalf.

  • How to use this hub — top-down for new operators; jump-around for staff who already know the basics and need a specific answer.

Two principles, up front

  1. You're not configuring this alone. Pascal or Jose will run the live sessions with you. This site is what you read between meetings.

  2. Almost every decision is reversible. If you change your mind about voice tone or notification routing on day 30, you change it. The only things with real switching cost are phone routing and porting your number.
