Accessibility

Precise accessibility info for entrance, restroom, seating, parking, elevators, and loading — what guests with mobility needs rely on.

Be precise. Guests with mobility needs plan their visit carefully — vague answers cost you bookings and trust.

Fields

For each: Yes / No / Not specified

  • Wheelchair-accessible entrance — step-free, ramped, or otherwise.

  • Wheelchair-accessible restroom — wide stalls, grab bars, lowered sink.

  • Wheelchair-accessible seating — tables at appropriate height, enough clearance.

  • Wheelchair-accessible parking — dedicated accessible spots nearby.

  • Wheelchair-accessible elevator — for multi-floor venues; mark Not specified if you're single-floor.

  • Passenger loading area — designated drop-off or curbside loading.

Additional accessibility information

Free-text. Examples:

  • "Front entrance is accessible, but the patio has steps."

  • "Please call ahead if you require assistance with the entrance ramp."

Best practices

  • Err on the side of more detail. "Mostly accessible, with two steps to the patio" is more useful than "yes."

  • Think through the guest journey. Entrance → seating → restroom → exit. Each step has its own answer.

  • Avoid jargon. "Step-free entrance" beats "ADA-compliant."

  • Include limitations. If only part of your venue is accessible, say which part.
