Be precise. Guests with mobility needs plan their visit carefully — vague answers cost you bookings and trust.

Wheelchair-accessible restroom — wide stalls, grab bars, lowered sink.
Wheelchair-accessible seating — tables at appropriate height, enough clearance.

Wheelchair-accessible elevator — for multi-floor venues; mark Not specified if you're single-floor.
Passenger loading area — designated drop-off or curbside loading.
Additional accessibility information
Free-text. Examples:
"Front entrance is accessible, but the patio has steps."
"Please call ahead if you require assistance with the entrance ramp."
Best practices
Err on the side of more detail. "Mostly accessible, with two steps to the patio" is more useful than "yes."
Think through the guest journey. Entrance → seating → restroom → exit. Each step has its own answer.
Avoid jargon. "Step-free entrance" beats "ADA-compliant."
Include limitations. If only part of your venue is accessible, say which part.
