Live status inside the app
When Foodie captures a group or private-event lead and pushes it to TripleSeat, the lead's TripleSeat status now updates live on the lead card in the Team Inbox. Everyone can see where a request stands without switching tools.
Manual push
Occasionally a lead isn't pushed to TripleSeat automatically. When that happens, your team can send it themselves: a push button shows on the contact card inside the Team Inbox call report — one click and it's in TripleSeat. Nothing falls through.
