Transportation & parking

Directions, parking, transit, bike racks, and EV charging — the boring-but-asked-constantly logistics.

Directions, parking, transit, EV charging. Boring, important, asked constantly.

Fields

Directions

  • Short, clear, with a landmark. Example: "Ground floor of the Dineen Building, northeast corner of Yonge & Adelaide."

Parking information

  • State whether on-site, street, or nearby garage. Include pricing, validation, time limits if relevant. Example: "Paid underground at Citipark Scotia Plaza, 21 Adelaide West."

EV charging nearby

  • If a nearby garage has chargers, say where and what level. Example: "Scotia Plaza P2, Level 2 charging." Leave blank if none.

Public transit

  • Closest subway, bus, streetcar with line names. Example: "Steps from King station (Line 1). 501 Queen and 504 King streetcars stop nearby."

Bike rack nearby

  • Yes / No

Best practices

  • Use landmarks. "Northeast corner of King & Yonge" beats "123 King Street East."

  • Be specific with transit. Line names beat "close to a subway."

  • Don't oversell parking. If it's tight, say so. Frustrated guests are worse than informed ones.
